A lot has changed in Windsor in the past few years.  Gone are the days of low unemployment and the opportunity to work overtime.  During these tough times, Windsor has been hit harder than a lot of cities.  It seems that every day we read about a company laying off workers or shutting down.

My advice is the same to everyone:  the most important step you can take is to reduce your debt.  If your income is enough to pay your household bills you are probably fine.  If you are struggling to make credit card and loan payments, you have a problem.
